• Process: To initiate a return, visit our website via your oders and follow the return instructions. You’ll receive a return authorization and shipping instructions after submitting your request.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
